11. Limitation of Liability

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless HTK RENTALS, LLC, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:
